I've been seeing Dr. Ripton for years. I didn't love her last location (in the worlds most depressing mall), but I was thrilled to hear she had changed locations. She's always on time, fast service, takes great care of her patients.
I had a bad experience with her office. They do not take my vision insurance, but pulled an authorization. That means I couldn't book with a doc who does take that insurance. I called their office to have them release it, they said they did. Because they DID NOT release authorization I could not book with someone else. Someone in that office needs some training. This took several hours of my time to fix. I will not book with them again.
Crocked optometrist! I wanted colored contact lenses for an upcoming event and in order to get these lenses online I have to see her again and pay for a fitting? My annual exam was done in April 2018 and need to do another fitting in October 2018 just because I wanted color contact lenses?!?! Way to make money huh? If I wanted a different brand of contact lenses that was on sale online, I have to go see her and pay another fitting?!?!? A bunch of BS excuses.
