I had an appointment scheduled 2 months ago which was canceled for whatever reason which is fine. They rescheduled me for 04-15-2026, this morning and I received a text message 3 days ago on Sunday confirming the appointment which I confirmed. I then called yesterday afternoon, the day before the procedure to go over the fluids and all the stuff that I have to take for the colonoscopy. Only out to make money, after five phone calls text, and email from his office to confirm that I will be at this appointment. They failed to tell me that the test that I had failed to work. Two hours off work copay, and the office call just to get results from a test that did not work. I say it is all about the money. The results could be given over the phone. I will probably not be back.
