(First time patient experience) Do not come here for preventative care! I scheduled a mole check - something you’d assume qualifies as preventative... right? Very misleading/sketchy for a dermatology clinic not to classify mole checks this way. I even said on the phone “preventative body check” and they proceeded without correcting or informing me. My company encouraged dermatology screenings and worked it out with BC/BS to waive the deductible ($50). I decided to go for my first ever skin screening at this location. Very new and clean office, however, I was not informed that they do not bill for "Preventative Care" prior to my screening and invoiced me the $50. I asked them if they could recode it as preventative (as suggested by my Benefits team) and they will not do that. Can not say enough good things! Courtney is so informative and addresses any concerns or questions I may have. Their facials are also amazing!
By far the dermatology office i ever been to ! They listen to your concerns and route you the best way possible, I had Courtney see me and she was absolutely the best ever, same with her assistant Jordan (i believe her name was) i will be a returning client and send more people to come here! This staff was all super sweet and patient thank you so so much for hearing my concerns and guiding me the best way possible!
