Based on our experience, I do not recommend coming here for mole removal. The front desk staff was curt and not very friendly, and we waited about 45 minutes past our scheduled appointment time. When I expressed my disappointment about the lack of communication regarding the delay, I was told that, with any doctor’s appointment in Michigan, I should expect to spend at least an hour. Do not come here. The doctor is great, the system is not. I just got robbed for an appointment IN JUNE that I DID NOT make after canceling another one before that. I did not make that appointment, supposedly I was notified through email but I didn't see it thinking I was done because I couldn't afford a second appointment at the time and therefore didnt reschedule. I thought I was good to go and that I'd call them when I had the money. Now my accounts in the negatives months later out of nowhere and they can't do anything ab... read more
