Was automatically assigned her as a PCP with my insurance. I have been on hold for 40 minutes total with no one answering to try and get an appointment for a physical. This is an absolute joke.

Best primary care physician I've had in over 10 years! Caring, attentive and thorough.
Made an appointment online on August 3, 2023. The soonest I could get in was 10/27/2023. I chose this doctor because she specializes in women’s health. Called on 10/23 to see if I needed to do paperwork ahead of time - I was told I did not. I received 2 messages the day before my appointment - Dr. Mitchell is not taking new patients (but you can still go on line to schedule an appointment???). Dr. Merian is friendly but in recent visits she hasn't even done the bare minimum. When I have asked her to check my feet because I wear orthodox and i had bruises she acts annoyed. I've seen her now for years and when I was healthy stuff like this could slide. but I'm currently a recovering quadriplegic who needs to be checked for bruise and at the least asked quetions about my physical state.
