My mom (96 yo) and I know dr Kowalczyk for almost 20 years and we are very pleased with his service. Never had any problems Sometimes you have to wait if you go without appointment so I recommend to call ahead Dr Kowalczyk is very nice, always takes time to listen, explains issues and discus the options Never had problems with refills, he also returns phone calls.

Terrible service. Very slow. We have to go twice during one hour since doctor didn’t send prescription to pharmacy. A special medicine what we need to take. After discovering in Walgreens that he send other what we still have but not what we need. We call to the office and they in very rude tone answered that we have to come back again to the office to pick up prescription.

Lekarz jest ok, ale recepcjonistka która jest także jego żoną jest bardzo bezczelna! Zawsze jest jakiś problem, pytam o pytanie to nie odpowie tylko owia w bawełnę. Nawet kiedy zmieniłam lekarza (wlasnie przez nią)dalej mam z nią problemy o wysłanie papierów do mojego lekarza.
