I've never had a problem with Dr. Tan or her staff since my daughters been born. I love the nurses. They are very kind and patient.
She has seen my son since birth, and now my daughter. She is very good with my children! I love the staff they are always so friendly, and they know me by name and know my children and that makes me feel comfortable!!!
I haven't had major problems with Dr. Tan whatsoever. Earlier this year, she completely upgraded her files to be completely electronic, and although at the time it seemed like the waiting time had temporarily increased, she is back up to speed and better than ever. I've changed doctors twice, and by far Dr. Tan is the best with my child. I don't feel the need to keep my son glued to my side in the waiting room either, for fear of the cleanliness of the waiting room. i think she is a good doctor but she needs to hire new nurses. i had to go 3 time to her office to see if she could accept my kids because the nurse kept loosing the paper i had to fill with all their information.also the nurse that makes the appointments over the phone is so rude she needs to be mor kind if they want thei business to keep going.
On average I have to wait a hour or more for visits even when I have had an appointment that were scheduled over a month in advance. One time I had the first appointment of the day waited for the office to open signed in first, sat down and waited over 45 min to be seen. When I got to the back back found out one the the nurses friends had brought their child in the back door but was running late so they wait on them instead of seeing me at my scheduled time.
