I went to Dr Strimbu for years. Dr Strimbu is a very nice person, she is kind and empathetic. She is a fine primary Physician. However, unfortunately she has a very poorly trained staff. They are incompetent and unprofessional. Which unfortunately, looks bad for the Doctor. I decided to not continue being a patient when very important labs for an important surgery clearance were not complete and the staff attitude was nonchalant. I give Dr Strimbu 5 stars. Her staff gets 2 stars.
Dr Strimbu is an excellent doctor. She listens and is easy to talk to. You can tell she loves her profession and cares for people.
Always available, caring does not rush appointment. Explains and listens she is very nice to work with and you can tell she cares about her patients. Knowledgeable she gives the right answers and treatments and I am a patient for life!
