I will start with the fact my dr. Referred me to them in july, but I couldn't get an appointment Until January of this year. Construction going on all around the office made it incredibly hard to access, finding the office a nightmare. I tried calling to get assistance, but could not get a hold of anyone actually in the office. Dr. Suller fired me as her patient when I refused to take 2 medications that caused me to have pancreatitis. I spent a week in the hospital. When I followed up with her, I told her that the ER. Doctor, the hospitalist, the hospital nurse practitioner, AND, my husband that is a pharmacist, told me to never take guise meds again!! She got angry with me and said she knew more than any of them and she was calling the meds into the pharmacy anyway. I told her to go ahead if it made her feel better but the meds would stay there. Dr Suller is great but the staff is horrible. They never follow up on the prescription side.
Staff is awful. They called me the day before my appointment at closing to tell me they will be rescheduling my appointment due to referral issues. I had to gave a referral to even see her initially. The lady argued with me about it and why they waiting till the end of the day, the day before my appointment is what really got me especially since there is a 3 month wait.
DR.Suller has been the best doctor to help me get my diabetes under control. She is thorough and explains her plan of action. The staff was very friendly. I have been recommending her to friends of mine.
