First of all, let me state that I have been coming to this office for years and have only had the most positive experiences;However, this time was different. Since my eye exam in November, I have been in 3 times to have either my prescription or measurements adjusted because I have not been able to wear the newest eyeglasses very long without feeling a sense of dizziness or unfocused vision, seeming to me as if the distance vision is unbalanced, despite the prescription. Excellent staff and great professional service
From start to finish, our visits were excellent. Miss Shelley at the front desk did our intake and initial exams with a smile and kindness, the eye exams were efficient, and Miss Syuzanna, who helped us with our glasses and check out was a joy to work with.
