Poor Communication and Dismissive Attitude This pediatrician consistently demonstrated poor bedside manner during our visits. She was dismissive of my questions about my infant's cyst and immediately suggested unnecessary surgery. During my daughter's Appointment, she was combative when I asked about medication options and seemed annoyed by basic questions. Desafortunadamente no he tenido una buena experiencia, llame para sacar una cita para mi bebe a las 8 de la mañana pero para ese día no me recibíeron pedi que una enfermera lo revisara si el doctor no podia y la del telefono me dijo que no habia nada asta el proximo dia por la tarde , deberian tratar de mejorar eso, nosotros no podemos adivinar cuando los niños se enferman para tener una cita lista 😔.

Dr Stevens is a great doctor who my girls have used for years. We wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
Went with my family for my daughter's 12 year old check up. Waited for 40 minutes in the office. When we asked questions she was evasive. She asked if our daughter had the HPV shot. We had some concerns and she was more interested in having get the shots as opposed to addressing our concerns with information we had heard from other specialists.
