They don't confirm appointments and they cannot answer any of your questions. Btw, I can't understand how this office is ADA and Fire Safety regulated when there's only one staircase and no elevator. So unprofessional. It's all about billing the insurance companies and Medicaid instead of the welfare of our children.
I really could not recommendet this office , the medical assistant was very rude with me , and the doctor was unable to intercede in this situation. Also my baby was with vomiting, fever and dirrhea , the doctor Boyle did not see my baby because my insurance this day was expired, sorry but I cant recommend to someone that not has the slightest medical ethics.She only thinks in money and not on the health of their patients. My baby is 1 year old.
