This review is especially for a job well done by Maria Palfay. I have known her for about 20 years working for Dr. Lopez and she has been exceptonally marvelous in what she does at the practice. She is very courteous and congenial. She is also very understanding and helpful. Ms. Palfay makes my visiting the practice a comfortable and an enjoyable event. I will never trade a doctor or her service due to her exceptional experience on the job. Whenever you visit the practice ask for her!!!
I had a good experience with the office and the doctor. I didn’t wait long and was treated great.
Worst experience I’ve ever had with a “doctor” I have been without prescription medication for close to 3 months now. A nurse practitioner changed my medication without my consent.. I didn’t even see the Dr. 3 months of messages without a single call back. Who does that? Change or discontinue medication that you’ve been on for 10 years?? That THEY PRESCRIBED!? My next step will be contacting the medical board and filing a complaint. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
Have now been without prescription medication for months. I have left 20+ messages without a call back. My medication was changed and I DID NOT even see a doctor. This practice isn’t just irresponsible.. it’s dangerous. AVOID THIS DR!!!!
Maria the medical assistant is such a crap head , I over heard her talkin disrespectfully about her employees and they all work very hard. I also waited over a hour for my appointment and the doctor just comes in whenever she’s wants to. Very unprofessional. Somebody needs to shut that office down.
My appointment was at 10 and I had to be at work at 11:30… the doctor came in 45 min after my appointment and that was so unprofessional of her I was so upset. As I came in to the room I heard the manager arguing with her employees and I was in the room listening to her disrespect her own employees and talkin to them very disrespectfully. Horrible experience. Waited well over an hour, was called an idiot and Dr Lopez slammed her fists on the table as I was speaking. According to Dr Lopez her unprofessional behavior was because I annoyed her.
Horrible experience via FaceTime. Less than 4 minutes dedicated to my appointment & she was one hour late. So dissatisfied.
