Finding the right doctor for my daughter, who has both severe autism and Type 1 diabetes, has been one of our biggest challenges. Dr. Ramirez is excellent, but it is challenging getting an appointment with her. I like that she familiarizes herself with your chart and asks questions and makes recommendations based on what happened before. With so many doctors, every time you see them you feel like you are starting from scratch because they don't bother to look at your chart to refresh their memories so that they can ask pertinent questions.
Dr. Ramirez is kind, efficient, and knowledgeable.
I had my first visit with Dr. Ramirez recently and she was organized and thorough. She asked me questions and answered everyone of mine. I was very happy with her knowledge and straight forward plan to control my diabetes. She is also very kind and compassionate. The worse experience ever with the front desk , called and was up on hold automatically, waited 10 mins , the girl answered and said her computer system was down and she would put me on hold again .. okay waited another 10 mins she answered again and said “ who am I speaking too”in the rudest voice , I answered and the in the middle of speak I was just put on hold without any warning . Cut me off and put me on hold again been on hold for 35mins just for her to hang up the phone . All I wanted was just to make an appointment.... read more
