I can't say enough good things about Dr.Florez. I have a lot of health issues going on and am very sensitive to any meds. She always responds quickly to mychart messages. Even on weekends and holidays. She's HEELED new get through a lot!!
I went for a physical. There was no palpation! Not of gut, glands, or gonads. The entire time, I was fully clothed, and seated. There was no observation of gait, mobility, or reflexes. The auscultation was perfunctory, through clothing, much like a four-year-old with a new doctor play set. There were questions about lifestyle, basically a social work interview, but physically, dogs at a dog show get a more thorough going-over. I left knowing no more about my physical condition than when I went in.
Great doctor and medical assistants.
