I am really not sure why the reviews are all over the place. Dr Gonzalez is very thorough and she always takes her time with every patient. She has found the source of my pain when no other doctor (and i have seen many!) could. I think that people have her pegged as someone that will do whatever you say but that isnt true at all. She is kind and her staff is awesome, sometimes they get overwhelmed but that is normal of any dr's office. Just some food for thought for all the negative nancy's!
