On June 6, 2022 I went to the South Texas Medical Urgent Care in Mission , Tx because of shoulder pain. I spoke with Dr. M Quevedo for less than 2 minutes and was prescribed Diclofenac Pot (Tramadol) 50mg tablets after completing a questionnaire. My insurance company received a total charge of $4922 for the 5 minute visit that lists 3M Level 4 ED W/O Procedures.
