My mother had a Appoitment at 2:20 she didn't see the doctor until 4:00 and has not come out yet!!! The office is packed with people and appears to be unorganized !! I spoke with a office manager and I wasn't satisfied with her answer it's clearly a scheduling issue and a need to pack patients in for the profit!!!!
I would not recommend this dr! Worst office staff ever! The office manager does not return phone calls regarding important medical information. I was left with a Scleral buckling untreated and was told by Dr Castillejos office staff due to insurance issues Dr Castillejos could no longer treat me. I was not given an option to fix the insurance issue or pay by cash. My calls were never answered or returned by the office manager.
