She did nothing for me. I needed a new Family Doc. My B.P was very high she did not check me all she kept doing was on her lap top got my son involved. Did nothing. Went to a another Doc got all my needs met and they listened . Her office staff was nice but joked around a lot while waiting she wanted all my records from other Doc and my counselor. My counselor stated no way and never heard of that before.
Doctor did nothing but make me feel horrible
Stay away. Dr. Dickey is condescending and rude. She is not a partner in your health. She will tell you what you will do and will charge you repeatedly to do so. I have NEVER in my over 50 years of visiting doctors felt so uncomfortable. In addition, she is incompetent saying a result was unremarkable when the radiologist indicated a CT should be conducted. Love Dr. Dickey, but the office leaves some things to be desired. I was so excited to find a doctor that I felt listened to my concerns and that I connected with; I'm giving her a high rating because she's a great doctor. Unfortunately the rest of the office complicated any follow up that needed to be completed. It's nearly impossible to schedule with her because she books out so far but there is no room held for urgent appointments.
Dr. Dickey is great, the office support is terrible. Referrals have never been sent when the office say it’s sent, so it’s always been a back and forth communication between offices. Have been on hold for 1 hour multiple times just to schedule an appointment. Have left messages for office manager but does not return messages. Very disappointed to not have patient care attended to.

Awful experience with Dr. Dicky. She is holding up prescriptions for statins and basic blood pressure medication insisting on yet another consultation, another one since Feb. I recently separated from my employment so need a couple of months until Cobra or something else is in place. She won’t even discuss my situation without an appointment. Dr. Dickey and her office associates are incompetent. Countless times documents have been submitted incorrectly or not at all. Efficiency and accuracy is definitely not a specialty at this practice.
This doctor is beyond negligent and shouldn’t have a medical license. Be sure your blood test are correct for before being tested. You can ask for a specific test and receive an entirely different one without being notified.
