I waited in the lobby for over an hour past my scheduled appointment time. I was not told that the doctor was running behind at the beginning when I arrived. If I had known the doctor was running behind, I would have just canceled my appointment, but because nobody disclosed that to me, I waited for over an hour. This is not a good first impression for a new patient. According to previous reviews this is a common issue. Incredibly and surprisingly rude. No bedside manner at all with patients. Sets an appointment time and sees u 45 min after the appointment starts so she doesn’t value your time either. Horrible experience I would definitely not recommend coming here go to someone who has basic manners and will treat you with respect because she won’t.

If I could give this provider a zero I would. Not that I needed hand holding, needed to be babied or anything like that. But to be actually be treated as a patient and advised like one. This woman treated me as if it was a bother to see patients for her. As if she was swatting a fly away. It is no wonder that an appointment was an available very easily and she is still accepting new patients. EDIT: I have to reduce my review from a 5 to a 2. Why? Because when I needed a refill of an anti-inflammatory for my smashed vertebra, she assumed the position of "this is a drug seeker". I was out of insurance and didn't have refills for the non-narcotic meds she had prescribed. She judged me, without cause. Don't go here. I recently injured my back and was needing to be seen by a new primary care physician. The urgent care made me an appointment to see Dr Adolfo. Came there for the first time and I won’t be back ! I guess reviews don’t lie. Dr Adolfo is unprofessional and entitled. She doesn’t listen to your concerns.
