The website displayed that they have a partnership with my school's health insurance company. Even the receptionist at the registration counter confirmed the partnership. However, the next day when I arrived for the medical appointment, they said there was no such partnership. It wasted my time and transportation expenses

The Dr that I saw was amazing. I honestly cannot remember her name. This was my first time coming to the office (I’ll eventually edit and add name) however, the lady at the desk she sits on the left side was very rude she had her mask off half the time I was there by the way. I was checking out and requested a 4pm appt due to my husbands work schedule, she seemed frustrated for one because her computer supposedly took her to August when I need an appt 6 weeks from now.
