If I could give 0 stars I would. I changed insurance and started going to this office. My daughter made the appointment and thought I was seeing the primary care physician but it was with the PA. From then on my daughter made appointments to see Dr. Natividad and thats who has been taking my care for the last 2-3 months. Now they call my daughter to cancel my appointment with her stating that Dr. Natividad says my care is better with the PA and that I have never seen Dr. Natividad. My daughter trusting them agrees.
