Super rude dr, my daughter felt terrible. She talks over you and is condescending
I agree with all the reviews except the one in 2017. I took my daughter in fora physical last year and all she kept talking about his her weight and how her bmi was high. She made my daughter cry. For that reason alone I will never ever recommend her. She has no people communication skills. She needs to find another profession! She is the worse pediatrician I have yet seen!!
Right away she was rude and condescending. She belittled me and made me feel stupid for taking my son in to be seen. I absolutely would never recommend her to anyone. I’m sure it was the type of insurance we had.
She made me feel like the worst mom in the world. Like I don’t do enough to take care of my child or on the other hand that I’m too concerned with things that aren’t an issue to her. I left in tears and will never recommend her or this practice to other families. She actually said “I’d be wasting my time” on getting a referral for my child for something my husband and I both have repeatedly stated has been an ongoing issue. She finally gave the referral and referenced “maternal anxiety” as her diagnosis on my child’s referra... read more
TheyI don't like it, Dr. María Martin, insisted on vaccinating the child, I explained to her that he had had severe adverse reactions, due to the allergy he suffers, so she refused to continue caring for the infant. Reactions like these of these doctors must be investigated, by constitutional law, the parents are the maximum responsible for the children and this right must be respected.
When our babies are sick and we need to get them in to see a doctor the last thing you need is someone, anyone lecturing you on why you don't have a job or how old is your husband etc. Like many others here in florida, we are experiencing some financial hardships that are temporary. So we don't need this cold blooded berating from our childrens pediatric office, nobody does. Did you learn this type of 'practice' in the philipines? Since 2015 when our son was born, there has been a definite shift from warm friendly caring tre... read more
We are new to the area and I bring my two kids to her. She is kind and genuinely cares about my children’s well-being. She takes the time to listen, answers all questions that I have, and is very good with my children. I definitely recommend her!
She does not know how to speak to new parents or encourage/guide them and gave unsolicited advice about my child. She used the exact words that I am “barely giving her enough breast milk to stay alive” even though my baby is steady gaining weight. Would never see her again. Rude and unhelpful.
If you have a child with autism I would not recommend this doctor she is not educated when it comes to autism.
