Let me start off with I am horrible with anything dental related, I must have had a bad experience as a child or something. Anyway I've wanted to fix my crooked teeth since I was little and finally mustered up the courage to start, thing is I needed 4 teeth removed. Dr. Dourmas and her entire staff were excellent! From chickening out to the actual procedure to the follow up everything was great! I didn't even feel anything the day of the procedure. She was gentle and she listened to any concerns
I had my first experience with Dr. Dourmas yesterday for 2 teeth extractions. I was really scared but didn't feel a thing. Her kindness and expertise were very much appreciated and I would definitely go back to her for any perio needs.
This is the worst dental office I've ever been to. The front desk staffs are sneaky, uncaring, lack communication skills and lazy to do the necessary follow-up for their customers. The dental services are ok, but overpriced.
Dr. Dourmas is extremely intelligent, kind, and compassionate, and explains everything she intends to do with patience and clearness.! She is the only oral surgeon I would ever go to!!!
