I cannot say enough good things about Dr Su. I have had two successful pregnancies with her as my OB GYN. She is so gentle, kind and knowledgeable. She is genuinely as excited about your pregnancy as you are! I had a couple of scares with my second pregnancy and she was 100% on top of it, tracking my care through the hospital where I was being triaged and with f/u calls to check in. Stay away unless you have a boring, eventless pregnancy. She is nice but not professional or knowledgeable. She missed a very trivial, treatable issue that could have saved me a year of heartache and 3 miscarages. My current doctor was shocked. Always overbooked, prefers to call you back instead of bringing you over for a check up. Total disrespect for my health. Yes, she is nice but did not do her job.

She is very punctual with her appointments. She explains everything as she goes along. Bedside manors excellent. We have two generations who visit her.

While I like Dr. Su and find her to be good at what she does, I can't get appointment until 6 months from now and that is just unacceptable.

Dr. Su has been so helpful, calming and caring through one miscarriage and through my current pregnancy. She treats you like you're a friend of hers from the beginning. She never makes me feel stupid about my concerns and her office staff is both helpful and understanding about first time mom fears! I love her.

I have always waited more than 45 minutes and often over an hour. This type of disrespect for a patient's time is unacceptable. Although Dr. Su is pleasant and helpful, I do not understand how she can run so late every single time. She doesn't even spend that much time with me. And to top it off, her office staff made it difficult to schedule an appointment even though I was past my due date.

NEVER in my entire life have I been treated more poorly in a time of need. Due to a subway breakdown I was 18 minutes late for an appointment and not only did they refuse me treatment because the doctor was 2 hours behind. My only option was to speak to the office manager via phone in the public waiting room where I had to detail the reason I was there to see the doctor (which were very personal considering it is a gynecologist office) and it was utterly demoralizing and embarrassing. Dr. Su was GREAT. If you're pregnant it's very easy to get an appointment, however for regular checks there can be quite a wait, but she's worth it!!

horrible experience. i called her in July for an issue; she sent me for a pelvic sonogram. i called to schedule a follow up and an annual since i was overdue anyways. i get an appointment in middle of October; I figure if the test results came back abnormal, she'll call and move up the appt. today, after waiting 40 minutes, she comes in with an assistant. i mention to her about the sonogram she sent me for. she doesn't know what i'm talking about until looking in my chart. she does my annual in less than 5 minutes with this ... read more
