Contacted three times with the message of "someone from scheduling will get back to you." After the final call, I got the same thing and let the person know I was previously given that same message so she said she would write, "Please call today." on it. A few hours later the therapist contacted us and her negative energy and disinterested demeanor made me feel like I was bothering her. Clearly not someone who truly wanted to help.
Called several times over several weeks and was always told “someone will call back to schedule” and yet no one ever has. Even sent in a contact us form and no one ever responded. So much for helping kids!
