Dr. Juarez did not go over ANY test results or answer ANY of my questions. I waited over an hour and when she finally came into the room to see me, she rudely hounded me about watching my weight and then walked out. I had to quickly ask any questions as she was exiting. She stopped and looked EXTREMELY annoyed while she rudely gave me incorrect responses. I switched doctors as soon as I could. It wasn't easy since I was already about 6 months pregnant but I kept calling around because there was no way I was going to stay wit... read more

Dr. was over an hour late getting in the office but I didn't mind as she was delivering a baby. She saw me close to right away after arriving. Dr was very pleasant and reassuring. I had a annual pap and it didn't take long. She answered my questions and concerns. I did mention that I wanted family planning advice on the pre-appt med form but it wasn't brought up by any of the staff. Overall I was satisfied with my experience at this office.

went in for my first appointment for my first pregnancy and was seen by a RN. Although there was nobody else in the waiting room, I still had to wait for 30 mins while the two staffs at the front desk chatted away. I had a sharp pain and bleeding issue few weeks later. I called the office @8am and they didn't return my call until 5pm after I left my house to go to ER. ER dr. told me that i had a chance of miscarriage and told me to take a rest and see my OB the next day for follow up. I changed my OB and went to a new office... read more

I chose her as my doctor on my first pregnancy. Two of my appointments during my first trimester, I saw her RN instead of her. Being it was my first pregnancy, I didn't know any better. Anyway, I ended up m/c @ 12 weeks & she performed the D&C. My overall (personal) experience under her care felt very mechanical. Although, she seemed experienced and knowledgeable in her field, I will go to a different doctor for my next pregnancy.

THe most horrible doctor and the worst nurse. They are both cocky and only spend 3 minutes with you but made you waited 3 hours outside and 1 hours in a tiny room with no air naked. I almost suffocated to death. Worst of all, neve return calls for test results. Never care for you. Not even the test results. complete ripe off and waste human's time by these 2 non-human. The staff are equally rude. THey have the thickest faces on earth and won't care about anything but the money they robbed you. stay totally away.

This is my first pregnancy and this doctor is the worst choice I could have ever picked, they don't care about you and your concerns of being a new mom and all questions that you might have, there is no caring, there is no personalize time for each patient, they make you wait for about three hours and they take five min to see you, no chance to ask any questions, ones she was in the room literally she is already on her way out. bad experience for a new mom and for sure I would not go back for my next baby this is the most ho... read more

I have been having problems bleeding & my regular doctor sent an order for a pelvic & transvaginal ultrasound. The results went back to my reg. doc & she said they found cysts on my left ovary. I went into Margaret's office to helped by what I thought was the doctor but it was her sister, the nurse practioner. Luckily I researched the type of cysts b/c the nurse said cysts are normal. I asked her about the complex cyst I read has vessels & grows. She looks again & says, oh you need to come back for the doctor. Margaret wasn't... read more

This doctor is so rude and mean. I've been bleeding for few months and 1st visit she said it was normal to bleed after losing weight. On 2nd visit, she said it was a hormone problem without first testing my hormones and just prescribe me with birth control to try for 2 months. Rejected my request for ultrasound since I felt that I might have a cyst. She told me to try the pills first for 2 months and come back to see if I need an ultrasound. How can she just judge my problems without testing my hormones level and just being ... read more
