If I could give her 10 stars I would! This was the most convenient, pleasant, pain free, and best customer service experience I’ve had at the dentist, ever.
I was not impressed by any means. Herr staff tried to be polite, but when you need immediate care for severe tooth pain she refuses to do anything to help solve that. She insists on doing things according to her rules...definitely NOT patient centered care and I have found exceptional care elsewhere now thankfully. She may be ok for cleaning, but go elsewhere if you need immediate help!! Staff tried to be polite, but the overall experience was not good.

Very unprofessional. Over 2 visits, they rescheduled me like 4 times on the same day of appointment, sometimes an hour before the appointment time. And you couldn't get another appointment for like another week or two. Very unhappy on how they handled their patients and business, and took my business somewhere else.
dr. Badie is an excellent dentist. I have been a patient of hers. for many years
