This facility operates like an assembly line, treating patients like CATTLE instead of human beings. The culture is defined by the bare minimum: rushed, ROBOTIC and Q&A interactions with zero genuine courtesy or engagement. Staff act as if they're just punching a clock, leaving everyone feeling undervalued and frustrated. Leadership needs to be ashamed of teaching this level of disservice; we deserve actual care, not just bare minimum fakery of interest in us.
