The doctors and staff at The Children's Eye Centre were incredibly friendly and calming. They took the time to explain the entire process to us, ensuring we understood every step. Their patience and expertise made our visit smooth and stress-free.
$350 not coverable by any private health insurance no matter the provider you’re with. Was told that she can’t tell if he has a problem or not and that we need to just observe and bring him back a couple of months later to see if it gets worse. Much better off going through the public system for a no outcome diagnosis in my opinion.
I wish i read these reviews before taking my son and paying $350! This clinic was terrible. We were rushed throughout the appointment and we left not understanding a thing with a prescription and not given a clear diagnosis! We were called in first by a nurse (i guess) she asked a few questions and did a brief test where she was in a rush and wasn’t kind to a 2.5 kid who doesn’t understand what is happening. I took my son here as recommended by a doctor. Reception was friendly and helped when needed. As far as the specialist, she had no compassion towards my son’s emotions. She was in a rush and did not ask any questions about him. My son is on the spectrum and was intrigued by the toys she had in the room, she was very firm in making sure he did not touch anything.
