If I could leave less than one star I would. Zero customer service, zero bed side manner, zero people skills. I wanted to ask a question and she told me to make another appt during the day. I was waiting for instructions for care and she told me to go I don't have to watch her type. Very rude. I urge you to go to any Dr but this one.
Not sure why the op left a bad review. Our experience was exceptional. Dr. Marcy took her time and got to know my daughter. We changed from a lousy doc that didn't spend 5 minutes in the room to Dr Marcy. She spent an hour and a half asking questions and relaying information. Was beyond thorough, incredibly competent and straight forward. If you want someone that was taught to care for their patients and know the whole person, this is the Dr for you. I do not recommend anyone take their child here. Prescribing the wrong meds for a common sickness after 20+ years of practice! Come on!!! My son had to see her when his normal pediatrician was out, if I would have known I would have waited or went to the ER instead! My 2.5 year old son had to suffer for over 2 weeks because she wrote the incorrect antibiotics. Which I confirmed with another Dr and a nurse practitioner.
