Here is the deal I have been seeing Dr Merriweather for about 10 years or so and have seen all the good and bad staff come and go. He knows the feedback of the staff such as not being responsive to messages I send through Advent Health portal or the phone number not working at one point. The staff is slowly getting better but it has taken a while to fix all the staffing issues. He always does take the time to talk to me for the most part. I go to the doctor a lot and I don't ever feel rushed.
He is good. Calm . And very interesting in the patient welfare. Compassionate.
Great Physician, very professional and also personal.
I'm over this clinical team. After the next week or so I'm leaving. They do not respond to messages or text. I get offices can be overwelmed but I needed a blood test that all he has to do is approve but like I said: They do answer phone calls. Edit: since i wasn't able to hear back from the clinical team. I scheduled my own lab with adventhealth only to be told i cannot do that and my primary has to do it... they ended up sending to a private lab where i just spent 98 for a blood work.
