I made an appointment 8 months in advance. I was recently diagnosed with Graves Disease and needed to cancel this appointment. The office refused a refund of $100. I am canceling this appointment 60-days in advance. They claim it's their policy. Policies are made by people and should have the flexibility of changing.
The staff working with Dr. Ko are some of the kindest and most considerate medical professionals I have encountered. I had a benign, hard, round lump between the corner of my eye and the bridge of my nose. Because of its size and its location on my face, so close to my eye, my doctor recommended that I have Dr. Ko remove it. I was very concerned about scarring. Four months after the procedure, there is absolutely no scarring. Thank you, Dr Ko! You did an excellent job; it's no wonder my doctor highly recommended you.
Dr. Ko was highly recommended. Was disappointed, however with the excess wait to get an appointment. Office seems a bit disorganized and overwhelmed. Found an equally good oculoplastic MD, Dr. Alexander Grand in Roseville. Took care of my blocked tear duct with exceptional care.
Dr. Ko performed an upper and lower blepharoplasty on both of my eyes. It was the best thing I have ever had done. Dr. Ko did an amazing job. He was so kind the 2 months after the surgery when I was so worried about every little thing as I was healing. I highly recommend him to anyone who is considering having this procedure done.
