Their billing is messed. After the insurance company paid them the negotiated rate. They still send you the bill for additional charge even though the insurance company said I don't have to pay it. They don't answer the phone, left multiple messages, no call back to discuss the issue. I WILL NOT trust the provider. Suggest to find another provider
