Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Not at all! They were always present and attentive Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
