Dr. Jimenez was patient, kind and excellent at explaining things to me and my wife. I have not had atrial fibrillation since the procedure. He saw me before and after the ablation and inspired confidence. Thank you
I've never been to the office, the 1st time I met the Dr was 30 sec. before anesthesia. Scheduling procedure followup is next to impossible. As far as the Dr goes i hope he's good but i wouldnt know since I havnt been seen by anyone since my watchman procedure . I would think twice before using this office.
1 Never a face to face visit PHYSICAL EXAM prior to Watchman procedure JfK arrival at 8:45 nothing until 12;30 when c ]ardio Staff informed me that I would have to lay flat on my back four 4 hrs after the procedure, I informed them and Anesthesiology MD it was IMPOSSIBLE due to multi lumbar & cervical surgeries I would need PAIN MEDS. Post op took several hours and much begging to get pain meds, and then they gave me 2x pain meds. Percoset and Fentanyl IV. I OD'ed. I am a patient of Dr. Jimenez and found him personably and helpful at the first visit. From that point on it was down hill. His office is not responsive; 23 phone calls before a return call and when he did call indicated he doesn’t usually make these calls himself. He did an implant and that went well; however he never called for our follow up appointment. When we called 45 minutes after expected call, we were told there was a 3 hour window. He saved my life, period.
This man saved my life! He’s absolutely fantastic! He explains everything that needs to be done and follows up, strictly. In it case, I needed a cardiac ablation, twice only because a second condition developed do to my heart issue. Dr Jimenez took care of everything and the OR staff at JFK, amazing too. Many thanks !
I have seen many doctors...No one has helped my as much as Dr Jimenez. I highly recommend him to family/friends and hope anyone else with a heart issue can experience the improvement I have.
Very happy with Dr Jimenez. Was treated for A-FIB. Had for 8 years. Procedure July 5th 2018. Had no problems since. Feel very blessed.
Dr. Jimenez inspires confidence. He is thorough and is skilled at explaining complex procedures in simple terms. Thanks to him I am no longer on medication and my palpitations have been gone for over a year after a single procedure.
