Unprofessional service. No reachability post appointment, no way to refill simple prescription such as diaper rash cream. Pharmacy got reply from office for refill. Triage nurse line is fake, they just record message and no reply. Scheduling service is 3rdparty so they can't assist either. No reply to messages sent via answering service either. That is extremely irresponsible and unprofessional. Not taking kids there ever again.
Finally found a doctor for my kids after a long search. Addressed all my concerns; definitely recommend
