Somebody seriously needs to get fired and I will be sure this person faces consequences with management or better yet HR. This is the third time I waited on the phone for a very long time and then I get hung up on. 1st time - waited hour 12 minutes. 2nd time - waited 1 hour 30 minutes and 3rd time waited 46 minutes and all times I got hung up on!!! I will be sure whoever did these each time ( which I did write down the exact time I called and got hung up on ) they will face the consequences. This is not right at all!! Wasted... read more
