Agreeing with HazelP - was referred to this guy and found him to be totally unprofessional. Considering the amount of money an appointment cost, I would expect some professionalism and empathy. When my X-rays came up he loudly goes "oh god" and I was like ok, not very cool for a doctor to do that. To whom it may concern, I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the poor bedside manner exhibited by Dr. Marc T. Galloway during my mother's recent visit to your facility on April 26, 2024. My mother, who suffers from severe knee pain due to arthritis, sought treatment from Dr. Galloway with the hope of finding relief. However, the experience was deeply disappointing and distressing.
