I have always had very positive interactions with Dr. Dunn and value the care he has provided. However, I was recently discharged from an inpatient hospitalization and called the office to schedule a follow-up appointment. I was told the earliest available appointment would be approximately nine weeks out, which was concerning given my recent hospitalization. I'd seen several other polmanologists in the past and I wasn't happy. A friend of mine who was in the medical field recommended Doctor Dunn. I haven't looked back.
The Dr is fine but the office staff never answers the phone or returns calls when you leave a message. We've been waiting for over a week to renew a prescription and can't get through their phone system. As a result, my husband is in bad condition.
The best pulmonary specialist I have ever seen. 4 previous specialists were not able to solve the problem. Dr Dunn is the only one who changed my daily persistent cough for 5 years, to No cough. Thank you Dr.Dunn.
