I appreciate my nurse practitioner, Michela, she takes time to listen to your problem and she gives great advice as a nurse. She is very professional on her level of expertise.
Michela Termichi is Kind Intelligent and Professional. I was seriously hurt in a car accident and she has taken the time to oversee my case, offering a variety of solutions to get my health back on track. I feel I can be very honest with her. She never makes me feel bad about my decisions to take , think over, or reject the solutions offered. She is very positive and makes me feel she really cares. I grateful to have her overseeing my road to recovery!
I have scoliosis, spondylolthesis, and spinal arthritis. It takes a month to get an appointment. All calls for are ignored and they turn their phone lines off. The medication nurse's voicemail is always full. Please file a grievance with your insurance if you have had a bad experience with this place. Apparently they think treating every type of pain with cortisone injections is the answer to everything. I got good care from my doctor but this company makes it very difficult to pay your bills. You cannot pay online. Options are either calling, sending a check or sending your credit card number through the mail. Very out of date options.
This place is a scam! They insist that you come in once a month just so they can bill your insurance company. Everything in the review below is 100% true!
do not go there the doctor is great but it not worth the hassle of dealing with immature and unprofessional staff. If you ask them a question, they get annoyed and if you ask as to why just to elaborate the reason they are giving you , they get even more mad ....oh and if you get on one staff members bad side all the rest of the staff become your enemies as well...its like high school in there. they take their job like we owe them...im sorry there are other people who would love a job and be much better at it everybody nowad... read more
Do not be fooled So. Bay Pain mngmnt acts like she is a doctor she is not! I was billed $70 more than once for a specialist visit for pain she's not even a Dr much less a specialist! He has the bed side manor of a scared porcupin. She makes medical decisions on patient care plans without reading thier case history or cunolting with the Dr who is supposed to overview her work.
