Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Yes, they answered my call right away

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They've never been late to any of my appointments. Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? They were average

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.
