Terrible sleep doctor clinic... Dr. Greenberger is not so great. He does not care about his clients nor does he care if they ever come back. I am very disappointed in the office staff but as far as I'm concerned the doctor is just as that fault as the rest of them going somewhere else happily!
The worst office staff ever. Unbelievable! They are a joke.
I didn't have a problem with Dr. Greenbeeger, but the front staff will ruin his practice. Very unprofessional, unfriendly, very difficult to conduct business with. They lack of enthusiasm and ability to help is the reason why I will be looking for another pulmonologist as well.
The doctor is not bad, but the office staff is horrible. I will not go there again, will find another pulmonologist. The office manager is a rude Karen! She basically threatened collections for my old grandma who has medicare and medicaid and had a balance that was not past due. Tell me you are in this business only for the money, without telling me you are in it only for the money. I had to call billing to get it straightened out, but they kept asking me to pay in the office and did not realize they did not have my grandmas... read more
