Waited over an hour as a sick patient, horrible staff and very unfriendly
Dr Arens was very nice! However it was completely unacceptable that we were told our apt was at 210 and I had to wait outside for SEVEN MINUTES WITH A SICK CHILD. we rang that doorbell over and over again and no one came. Then we get in the door and there’s a doctor and two nurses right inside the back door.
Dr. Arens was wonderful! He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and concerns before we even had to ask. I would highly recommend!
