Firstly it takes time for myself and my son to get comfortable especially those with physical activity and touch. Asked if they except my insurance. Front desk had no clue.Said the doctor himself would have to call me back. No call back so I called again only to be told she doesn't know and the doctor will call me back. 3 weeks and nothing, how do your work the front desk and not know what insurance you except
Called his office for an appointment. A very rude lady took the message, said the doctor would call back. This doctor never called back.A big waste of time, never again.
