Dr. Kates was on time and answered all questions about my A-Fib condition. Very cooperative in sending information and results to Washington State regular cardiologist.
Dr. Kates worked my husband into his very full schedule even though he was a new patient. We appreciated his attention to detail and we felt that he really cared. We changed from another cardiologist that we had gone to for over 20 years. His is a busy, well-run office, but you feel that he takes his time to deal with your issue. Dr. Kates was also highly recommended by Dr. Aspen Calkins, our PCP, and my husband's Pulmonologist's PA, Larissa Anthony. I almost never write reviews but I felt compelled to write this.
Dr. Marc Kates has been my cardiologist for the past decade, and I cannot overstate how amazing he is. Dr. Kates was able to successfully diagnose and treat a complex medical issue which had been debilitating. He is an outstanding physician with extensive knowledge, compassion, and a calming demeanor. No matter how busy his office is, Dr. Kates always takes the time to listen to any concerns and recommend the best possible options. I had my first appointment with Dr. Kates this week. He is an amazing physician. He is articulate, very detailed, and very thorough. I was extremely impressed by him, his staff, and everyone at Cardiac Solutions. This is the way all medical offices should be run. I will definitely recommend Dr. Kates to family and friends.
