Dr. Thur is very responsive through messages and quick to call in refills. From my experience, she don't want to help you with any issues, passes you off to other doctors. I went for an annual visit(FREE VISIT with insurance) and talked about my hair falling out and maybe pre menopause. Was hoping for some blood work but no just was told to go to a dermatologist and THEN CHARGED $80.00 at my annual visit just to be pushed off.
