Thank you Doctor for my three visits and two procedures, which where very helpful in diagnosing my problem. I would recommend you to other people. Dr. Bustamante took the time to explain everything to me in a manner in which I could understand. He answered all my concerns and was prompt in answering my phone calls. His staff where also very kind and considered. I have no problem returning to Dr. Bustamante should I need to in the future.
Very competent doctor who focuses on patient problems and offers effective treatments
Dr. Bustamante is very thorough, responsive and attentive to patient care. I feel very fortunate to have him as a physician.
Called with urgent request to see doctor. Left message as instructed, recorded assures a call back within 4 hours of office opening. As a of today, 24 hours have passed no call. Do you have to arrivr in an private ambulance to see dr Bustamante. Is showing up in such a vehicle assure the practice they you really are sick. Veronica Chaberski soon to be former patient.
I was very impressed with both the doctor and his staff! I must say I felt comforted and safe in every phase. I am not one for doctors visits and often I am the grumpy one but I was put at ease . I like that he takes his time while he is with a patient and goes to another patient , had I had a concern he would taken longer. I would and have recommended Dr. Bustamonti to friends and co-workers,
DR. Bustamente might be a competent doctor but his office is woefully inefficient. Follow through is completely lacking. Waste baskets overflowing, doctor's staff does not return calls. Fax number on website and business card is incorrect. My husband had an easily correctible problem that he suffered with for three months until we left this practice and went to another doctor. Advice, limit the number of patients and train your staff!
This doctor is incompetent. My father almost died under his care. Find another doctor.
Worst office staff ever..rude incompetent disinterested. I have never been made to work or harder or felt more worthless. Dr. Was competent but the office staff is the first impression and they ruined it
He helped me and started me on the road to recovery, addressing the correct issues.
