I’ve been a patient of Dr. Iglesias for 13 years. He’s a very professional doctor. Truly cares about his patients. He made sure I understood every procedure. It was sad to hear about his retirement.
His receptionist Mary is very rude and very unprofessional. Lazy! Wants everything through text messages instead of looking at patient record that she has. Do not recommend. Good luck getting past this cranky lady.
Dr. Iglesias has the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered in my life. His receptionist/nurse Mary or Maria is very condescending and rude. My mother has been trying to make a follow up appointment for over 2 months and Mary has given my mom a difficult time despite Dr. Iglesias specifically asking my mom to come in 2-3x a year. The receptionist is the worst person I ever had to deal with when booking appointments, she is very rude and unprofessional, I ask if I can confirm an appointment she stated as I quote "I already spoke to someone over there about his appointment you all do not communicate over there, you all need to communicate" very rude, she would not let me get in one word at all, I ask to speak to manager she stated "I am the manager" I stated well can I speak to the doctor she stated " he don't have time for you", I'm like wow and she h... read more
