The doctor was 30 minutes late for my appointment. He paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The office manager was flat out rude and abrasive to me when I called to make the appointment and then again when I called back after my visit. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.
