Major let down. Anyone looking for general surgery, please get multiple opinions from places besides just major hospitals. I feel like if I put in a year’s worth of studying I could have cut myself open/sewn myself back together better. And at 1% of the ridiculously marked up surgery estimates cost. Yeah I’m writing this emotionally, but that’s just how infuriated I am with the performance.
I just don’t know how you can take pride in the surgery you did on me. Or how the hospital can charge such insane costs even after really good insurance. Health care system fails once again.
